The founders, Aewin Ng and Jocelyn Lim, have close to 40 years of working experiences in the financial services sector. Their professional background includes Certified Public Accountants (Singapore), Certified Financial Planner (Malaysia), Chartered Financial Consultant (US), Fellow Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (UK), Fellow Chartered Financial Practitioner. They were also ex-founding directors and ex-chairperson of Professional Investment Advisory Services Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Australia's largest financial planning firm and one of Singapore's former largest financial planning firm. Both of them are also MBTI accredited instructor and with Aewin Ng, a former pastor, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Theology degree. With their diverse background, they have designed a holistic financial planning curriculum that addresses the holistic aspect of life, incorporating ones personality traits, values system, goals and objectives in life as the principle in the financial planning approach. Jocelyn Lim was also the founding chairperson of Singapore Women in Finance, an interest group under the Singapore Business & Professional Women Association, and the Vice-Chair of ACCAs SME committee. She was a former lecturer with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants training division for 5 years where she taught the subjects of Singapore Taxation and Financial Accounting for CIMA, ATTs, AAT and CPE courses. With their diverse background, they have designed a holistic financial planning curriculum that addresses the holistic aspect of life, incorporating one's personality traits, values system, goals and objectives in life as the principle in the financial planning approach.
