Steven Luk - FCCA (UK), CPA (Singapore) Coleads Business Consultants Pte Ltd Lecturer of Singapore Taxation Series Mr Steven Luk is an accountant by profession and specialized in tax and business consultancy. He has a total number of 15 years of working experience, in auditing field, and tax compliance and consultancy with an international accounting firm (which is part of the current Big 4) before becoming the founder of his own companies, namely Coleads Business Consultants Pte Ltd and Asia Links Business Consultants Sdn Bhd in Malaysia. He has actively involved in assisting his clientele in business set-up and planning, merger and acquisition issues, resolving clients' income tax and GST issues and appears before the Court as an expert witness for tax related issues. He also has experience in solving financial and management problems for a numerous number of clients during his working experience including several listed corporations in Singapore and multi national companies. In addition, of late, he has successfully represented clients to obtain tax refunds ranging from S$30,000, S$600,000 and S$2 million. He has also lectured for Singapore Accountancy Academy in the subject of Singapore Taxation. He is currently a Fellow Member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in United Kingdom and a Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, and a Certified Public Accountant.
