Does chasing after materialistic things make you feel satisfied and happy? Do you know the priority ranking of your list of values? Do you know that your psychological type affect your value system and how you manage your financials (ie savings, investments and spending habits)?

 In this workshop, we will help you identify your MBTI psychological type preference. As you understand your psychological preference, you will be able to use it as a guide to identify your personal values, passions, priorities and start managing your journey towards your life’s goals.

This module forms the basis of the Individual Financial Planning Series. As you understand yourself better, you will be able to better manage and steer your financial resources to achieve your life's goals.

Why do some people become millionaire, whilst some go bankrupt? Is there a formula that the rich has whilst the average and the poor are not aware?

In this workshop, we will help you understand the money system; the concept and power of value creation; the cash flow patterns between the rich, average and poor; how different types of cash flow affect your net worth; and how to prepare your personal budget and financial statements that is consistent with your values.

Do you know where you are in terms of your financial health? Why is it that when you take up a loan, you must repay more money than you borrowed? Is a dollar today equal to a dollar in the past or in the future? How do you prepare yourself financially for the big item purchases?

In this workshop, you will learn how to analyse and improve your financial health status; learn and apply the time value of money techniques to your daily situations; and plan how to financially prepare yourself for the big item purchases.

Have you ever felt bewildered by the complexities involved when you are deciding to invest in your first couple of insurances and investments? What do endowment, life, disability, critical illness, term, personal accident, investment-linked, hospital and surgical insurance really mean? How do you tell one from the other and what do you actually need? How much insurance is adequate for you? What are the fine prints of these insurances?

After this workshop, you will be able to understand what are endowment, life, disability, critical illness, term, personal accident, investment linked, hospital and surgical insurance; differentiate one type of insurance from the other; know the fine prints that usually accompany each type of these insurance; and ascertain the type and quantum that is necessary for you at each phase of your life.
